| New Features Now Available |
| Reports - When creating a report, you can now specify which user groups are allowed to view the report. If no user group is specifed, all users within your organization can view the report unless the "Private" option is specified. Account administrators can modify and view reports regardless of the group specified. |
| Reports - We've added the ability to report the person who last modified each issue. In addition, you can now include the person who last modified each issue in the sorting and filtering conditons of your reports. Issues saved or modified prior to Tuesday, May 22nd will display "Unknown" as the value for this field. Prior to May 22nd, we did not capture this information when submitting new or saving existing issues. |
| Reports - Milestone dates can now be included in sorting and filtering conditions. Date values should be specified as MM/DD/YYYY when included in filtering conditions. |
| Issue Maintenance - The timeout period has been extended to 60 minutes when entering new or modifying existing issues. |
| Printing Issue Details - We've added the ability to view and print all the details of a saved issue. This alleviates the need to scroll description and note fields to view all the contents. To access this feature, press the "Print..." button located on the Issue Maintenance page. |

| History - Issue history will be available soon. We will soon begin capturing the current date and user information when issues are submitted, reassigned, or updated. |
| File Attachments - You'll soon be able to upload files to be stored with each issue. This feature will be useful for files containing such things as documentation or screen prints. |
